Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray cookie sheet or cake pan with cooking spray, or line with cooking parchment paper.
Use parchment paper on work surface to roll out cold dough into a rectangular(ish) shape into 1/4 " thickness
Brush with butter, leaving about 1/2 inch on 1 of the long edges rectangle of dough without butter.
Make sure this edge stays clean so the dough will seal.
Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans over the melted butter on dough.
Roll dough up tightly, and seal edge.
Using serrated knife, cut dough roll into 16 equal slices.
Place slices cut side down 3 inches apart on a cookie sheet or cake pan.
Bake 12 to 17 minutes. *Dough may not brown on tops*
While rolls are baking in the oven, combine wet icing ingredients.
Slowly combine powdered sugar until mixed completely.
Remove rolls from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes
Add icing and enjoy!
