Gluten Free Pecan Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
  

Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 Wholly Gluten Free Pizza Dough Ball
  • 1/4 cup Butter (Melted)
  • 1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

Icing

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Spray cookie sheet or cake pan with cooking spray, or line with cooking parchment paper.
  • Use parchment paper on work surface to roll out cold dough into a rectangular(ish) shape into 1/4 " thickness
  • Brush with butter, leaving about 1/2 inch on 1 of the long edges rectangle of dough without butter.
  • Make sure this edge stays clean so the dough will seal.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans over the melted butter on dough.
  • Roll dough up tightly, and seal edge.
  • Using serrated knife, cut dough roll into 16 equal slices.
  • Place slices cut side down 3 inches apart on a cookie sheet or cake pan.
  • Bake 12 to 17 minutes. *Dough may not brown on tops*
  • While rolls are baking in the oven, combine wet icing ingredients.
  • Slowly combine powdered sugar until mixed completely.
  • Remove rolls from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes
  • Add icing and enjoy!
